The Barbell Club at Gridiron is a great way to develop your Powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting skills and get stronger for your CrossFit workouts and other pursuits. 

Workouts at the Barbell Club will allow you to focus on the development of technique, 
strength, and power in your major lifts.  We welcome all athletes to our Barbell Club, from novices to seasoned lifters!
